Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Agent to join our APAC team at careerzynith. As a Customer Support Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers in the APAC region, providing exceptional support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You will work closely with our internal teams to ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide business-fluent support in spoken and written Japanese and English to customers in the APAC region
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues

- Provide product training and support to customers
- Analyze customer feedback and provide recommendations for process improvements
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets

Requirements
* Business-fluent in spoken and written Japanese and English
- Experienced in electronic and mechanical product servicing process with strong hands-on ability
- Customer service experience

Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, engineering, computer science)
- At least 2 years of customer service experience
