Key Responsibilities:

As a Remote Customer Support Representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Assisting customers with account questions, orders, and basic troubleshooting, ensuring a positive and efficient experience
  • Recording details of customer interactions in our system accurately and efficiently
  • Escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate team or supervisor, ensuring seamless issue resolution
  • Maintaining a positive and professional attitude in every interaction, upholding careerzynith's high standards of customer service
  • Meeting daily performance metrics related to service quality and productivity, driving continuous improvement and growth

Basic Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • To be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with email and web navigation
  • Access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
  • The ability to work independently and manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
  • Prior experience in customer service, retail, or call center environments, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Familiarity with tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Salesforce, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies

Preferred Qualifications:
