Key Responsibilities

As a live chat and phone support representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering customer questions and resolving issues via live chat, phone, or email
  • Providing concise and accurate information to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Identifying and flagging major pain points to our liaison team, who will work with other departments to develop and improve our products and services
  • Participating in on-the-job training and engaging with opportunities to improve your skills and knowledge
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues and improve the overall customer experience
  • Working with our customer support ticketing system and CRM platforms to manage customer interactions and resolve issues efficiently

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A love for customers and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Analytical skills and the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Experience with customer support ticketing systems and CRM platforms
  • Knowledge of customer support metrics and industry best practices
  • Ability to integrate technology-based solutions that improve the customer experience (AI, chat, self-serve portals)
  • Availability to work weekends if needed

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:

  • Experience working in a remote customer support environment

  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience with AI-powered chat platforms and self-serve portals
