Key Responsibilities

• Maintaining accurate records and data in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Access
• Familiarity with Email Mail Merge and ability to use it effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly

Qualifications

* Highly motivated and self-starting individual with a passion for customer service

• Strong verbal skills and ability to communicate effectively over the phone
• Basic computer and internet skills, with proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Access
