Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our High-Level Investigation, Content group. As a Data Analyst, you will apply advanced analytical techniques to drive business decisions, identify untapped client needs, and uncover new content opportunities. Key Responsibilities
* Apply advanced analytical techniques (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) on large-scale, high-dimensional data to inform business decisions
- Examine client behavior (e.g., viewing patterns, engagement metrics) to identify untapped client needs and undiscovered content opportunities
- Anticipate content engagement to inform acquisition decisions
- Develop and implement our content launch and episode release strategy
- Test marketing campaigns to improve engagement and retention
- Ideate and develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance for both strategic and tactical decision-making
- Provide ad-hoc analytical support to partners to drive business growth
- Effectively communicate significant findings through compelling data storytelling across the organization
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in data analysis
- Proficiency in SQL and experience in R and Python
- Experience in statistical analysis and AI techniques: decision trees, regression, clustering, etc.
- Proven ability to work independently and apply creativity in solving complex problems
- Exceptional data storytelling skills through verbal, written, and visual communication
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or a related field
- Passion for media and entertainment
