Job Summary:

As a Data Entry Agent, you will play a critical role in accurately inputting and managing information across various databases and systems. This role requires strong attention to detail, time management, and basic computer proficiency. Responsibilities:

* Perform data entry tasks with precision and efficiency, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data

  • Enter source document data into prescribed computer databases, files, and forms
  • Verify data for accuracy and completeness, identifying and correcting errors in the data entry process
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information, adhering to company policies and procedures regarding data handling
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure accuracy and consistency in data entry processes
  • Assist in other administrative tasks as needed, such as data analysis and reporting

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Proven experience in data entry or related fields (preferred)
  • Excellent typing skills (minimum 40 wpm) and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using computer software and data entry systems (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Suite)
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Preferred Qualifications:
