Job Summary

We're looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Quality Assurance/Data Entry Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for reviewing and processing customer orders submitted by our sales team, ensuring every order is accurate and follows our company standards. You'll also be responsible for verifying service availability, conducting credit checks, and handling payment processing. If you're a problem-solver with excellent communication skills and a passion for quality assurance, this could be the perfect fit for you!

Key Responsibilities

* Order Review: Check customer orders for completeness and accuracy, flagging any issues that need to be addressed.

  • Service Availability Verification: Verify the availability of services in customers' areas, documenting any issues and working with the team to resolve them.
  • Customer Needs Assessment: Assess customers' needs based on their orders and suggest the best service options for them.
  • Credit Screening: Run credit checks to confirm customers qualify for services and special promotions, documenting results and applying discounts accordingly.
  • Payment Processing: Handle payments for activation fees and other services, ensuring transactions go through smoothly and keeping accurate records of all payments and financial transactions.
  • Service Activation/Scheduling: Activate services for customers right away if possible, or schedule installations that fit their availability, recording all important details in our system.
  • Quality Assurance: Periodically review orders to ensure they meet our internal standards, sharing feedback and suggestions to help improve our processes over time.

What We're Looking For

* Experience: Ideally, you have experience in order entry, customer service, or a similar role. Familiarity with credit checks and payment processing is a plus, but not required.

  • Skills:

+ You've got a sharp eye for detail and take pride in getting things right the first time. + You're great at solving problems and figuring things out on the fly. + You're comfortable using order processing systems and CRM software. + Communication is your strong suit, both when writing emails and speaking with others. + You can work well on your own but also love being part of a team.

  • Technical Skills:

+ You're proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.). + Experience with CRM software and order management systems is a bonus.
