The Role

As a Data Entry Clerk at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in supporting our administrative functions, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our data entry processes. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Processing inbound receiving data with a high degree of accuracy and timeliness
• Providing clerical support and payroll assistance to our team members
• Supporting daily entry of receiving data into our database
• Reconciling physical receipt of tickets against the database
• Analyzing reports to identify missing tickets
• Saving electronic tickets to specified folders
• Inputting and/or validating producer payroll data

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of experience with Microsoft Excel and 10-key typing
• Proficient and accurate data entry skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (nice-to-have)
• Good listening skills and a positive attitude (nice-to-have)

Nice-to-Haves

While not essential, the following skills and qualities would be a great asset to our team:

• Experience with data entry software and systems
• Knowledge of payroll processing and administration
• Familiarity with careerzynith's systems and processes
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
