The Role

As a Data Entry Clerk at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our digital databases. You'll be responsible for inputting data from various sources, including paper documents and digital spreadsheets, and updating client information in our databases. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in maintaining the quality and consistency of our data.

Key Responsibilities

* Create and manage digital spreadsheets to track important client information and orders

  • Transfer data from hard copy to a digital database, ensuring accuracy and consistency
  • Update client information in our databases, including order statuses and other relevant details
  • Organize existing data in spreadsheets, ensuring that it's easily accessible and up-to-date
  • Verify outdated data and make any necessary changes to records, ensuring that our databases are accurate and reliable
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless data flow and minimize errors

Qualifications and Requirements

* No prior experience is required, but a strong desire to learn and grow is essential

  • Accurate typing skills, with a minimum of 40 words per minute
  • Proficiency in word processing tools and spreadsheets, including MS Office Word and Excel
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, including printers and scanners
  • Basic understanding of databases and data management principles
  • Good command of English, both oral and written
  • Great attention to detail and organizational skills
  • High school degree or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in data entry or a related field

  • Knowledge of database management systems and data analysis tools
