Introduction:

We design and conduct In-Home Usage Testing (IHUT) locally and nationally to provide actual user feedback in real-time to companies and market research firms to evaluate products to ensure proper product certification and greater market access. We are seeking an experienced Data Entry Clerk to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality products and services to our clients.

Job Description:

As a Data Entry Clerk at careerzynith, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes. You will be responsible for properly documenting In-Home Usage Tests as instructed in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule (screenshots, audio recordings, videos, product journal entries, etc.). You will also take care of the product being tested and use it responsibly, read and strictly follow the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule provided with each product testing project, and participate in online or mobile feedback, usage of product for a certain amount of time, writing reviews, taking pictures, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

* Properly document In-Home Usage Tests as instructed in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule

• Take care of the product being tested and use it responsibly
• Read and strictly follow the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule provided with each product testing project
• Participate in online or mobile feedback, usage of product for a certain amount of time, writing reviews, taking pictures, etc.
• Use MFour's Mobile In-Home Use Test Technology (cutting-edge smartphone technology to capture Point-of-Emotion insights to gain unparalleled depth of responses)
• Participate in private chat rooms opened by market research firms to discuss products being tested

Requirements:

* Ability to follow specific instructions

• Excellent attention to detail and curious spirit
• Ability to work 15-25 hours per week and commit to a certain routine
• Access to a computer and a reliable internet connection
• Access to a digital camera or cell phone that takes pictures
• Honesty and reliability
• Good communication skills
• 18 years or older
