You will work closely with our operations team to resolve any data-related issues and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness
  • Identify and resolve data-related issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborate with our operations team to ensure seamless data entry and processing
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of careerzynith's systems and processes

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in data entry or a related field

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent data entry skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
