Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Data Entry Clerk/Excel Professional – Remote, you will be responsible for:

  • Entering data into our computer systems with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Verifying data from scanned documents into our processing systems, checking for accuracy and making corrections as required
  • Utilizing your Excel skills to analyze and present data insights to support business decisions
  • Working independently with accuracy, completing assigned tasks within strict deadlines
  • Possessing excellent comparison skills, with the ability to sit for extended periods reviewing and keying on-screen data
  • Working in a fast-paced production environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Meeting the special requirement of alpha-numeric keying a minimum of 45 words per minute with no errors

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience entering data into a computer system
  • Experience entering or verifying confidential or Personal Identifiable Information (PII)
  • Experience utilizing computer programs and software, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong Excel skills, with the ability to analyze and present data insights
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to sit for extended periods reviewing and keying on-screen data

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications will be highly valued:

  • Experience or formal training in document capture/processing software
  • Experience working in a fast-paced production environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
