Job Responsibilities:

As a Data Entry Operator at careerzynith, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Processing inbound complaint system fulfillment in a timely and accurate manner
• Utilizing a knowledge database and following standard operating procedures (SOP) to respond to various requests
• Navigating multiple computer systems and applications to efficiently complete tasks
• Documenting each contact in a database to ensure accurate record-keeping
• Performing other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

To be successful as a Data Entry Operator at careerzynith, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

Education:

+ High School diploma or GED and at least 3 years of professional experience + Associates Degree and at least 1 year of professional experience + Bachelors Degree

Security Clearance:

Must have an active Public Trust Security clearance

Attention to Detail:

High level of data entry accuracy and attention to detail

Computer Skills:

+ Efficient typing (40 WPM) + Experience with Outlook, MS Word, and Excel

Time Management:

Excellent time management skills and dependability to meet daily quotas and required goals or deadlines

Availability:

Able to work an 8-hour shift between the hours of operation 8am-8pm Monday through Friday based on business needs
