Experienced Data Entry Specialist – E-File Operations and Process Management

We're now seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in reviewing and filing legal documents using our internal systems and email. This is a remote opportunity, but you must be located in Puerto Rico.

Job Overview

As an e-File Specialist, you'll work closely with our e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to collaborate on projects, resolve issues as they arise, and meet common goals. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing and filing legal documents using internal systems and email
• Participating in ongoing training to expand your knowledge of the industry and process
• Investigating discrepancies as they arise
• Completing additional projects as assigned

Qualifications

While experience is not necessary, data entry experience is a plus. We're looking for individuals with:

• No experience necessary; data entry experience a plus
• Tech experience is strongly preferred
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Desire and ability to be a team player
• Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Typing speed of at least 50 to 60 wpm
• Proficiency in English, including strong writing and communication skills, is essential for this role

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $12.00 to $14.00 per hour, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes:
