Job Summary

We're seeking an Experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis. As a key member of our data management team, you'll be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in our systems. With a keen eye for detail and excellent organizational skills, you'll ensure the accuracy and integrity of our data, while also providing exceptional support to our team.

Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist at careerzynith, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Data Entry: Accurately input data into careerzynith databases, spreadsheets, or other systems, ensuring high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Data Verification: Verify and ensure the accuracy of data entry to prevent errors, maintaining the integrity of our data.
  • File Management: Organize and maintain files and records, both digital and physical, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
  • Data Review and Update: Review and update existing data to ensure consistency and correctness, improving data quality and accuracy.
  • Data Cleanup and Validation: Perform data cleanup and validation to improve data quality, ensuring that our data is accurate and reliable.
  • Document Processing: Process forms, applications, and other documents as needed, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports, summaries, and other documents from inputted data, providing valuable insights and analysis.
  • Confidentiality and Security: Adhere to careerzynith policies, procedures, and confidentiality guidelines, handling sensitive information securely and with discretion.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and data integrity, providing exceptional support and communication.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed as an Experienced Data Entry Specialist at careerzynith, you'll need:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Experience: Proven experience as a data entry clerk or in a similar administrative role.
  • Typing Skills: Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy (preferably 45-50 WPM or higher).
  • Software Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word) or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets).

Working Hours and Location

As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist at careerzynith, you'll have the flexibility to work on a full-time or part-time basis. Full-time positions are available for 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with possible flexibility depending on the company. Part-time positions vary based on availability, typically 20-25 hours per week. Remote or on-site work options are available, depending on the company's policies.
