Job Overview

As a Data Entry Specialist at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in facilitating the production process of accurate documentation provided to our process servers teams. Your primary responsibilities will include reviewing and confirming work entered into our systems, solving issues, and escalating as needed. This is a full-time, remote position located in Puerto Rico, offering the flexibility and autonomy to work in a setting that suits your needs.

Key Responsibilities

* Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email

• Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of industry and process
• Investigate discrepancies as they arise
• Complete additional projects as assigned
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and workflow
• Develop and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all work performed

Qualifications

* No experience necessary; data entry experience a plus

• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
• Exceptional attention to detail

• Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Type 60 plus WPM
