As a Data Entry Specialist at careerzynith, you'll play a crucial role in facilitating the production process of accurate documentation provided to our process servers teams. This is a full-time, remote opportunity located in Puerto Rico, offering a unique chance to join a dynamic team and contribute to our growth and success.

Job Overview:

The Data Entry Specialist and QC personnel at careerzynith are responsible for reviewing and confirming work entered into our systems, solving issues, and escalating as needed. This role requires attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities:

* Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email

  • Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of industry and process
  • Investigate discrepancies as they arise
  • Complete additional projects as assigned
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure accurate and efficient production of documentation
  • Utilize Microsoft Office and other software applications to perform tasks and maintain records

Qualifications:

* No experience necessary; data entry experience a plus

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Desire and ability to be a team player
  • Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Type 40 - 50 plus WPM
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
