Job Overview:
The Data Entry Specialist plays a vital role in the careerzynith team, responsible for reviewing and filing legal documents utilizing online platforms and tools developed by careerzynith. This role works closely with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to collaborate on projects, resolve issues as they arise, and meet common goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email
- Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of industry and process
- Investigate discrepancies as they arise
- Complete additional projects as assigned
- Collaborate with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to achieve common goals
- Develop and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in data entry tasks
- Utilize Microsoft Office and other software applications to perform tasks efficiently
Qualifications:
