Data Entry Specialist at careerzynith

We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Data Entry Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition Team and participate in various projects made up of multicultural teams distributed throughout the world. This role requires excellent analytical abilities, teamwork, and multitasking skills. Key Responsibilities:

* Support the Recruiting area in the identification and initial contact of potential candidates for our searches

• Propose new alternatives to identify candidates
• Identify opportunities for improvement in the current processes of the area
• Manage the notices in the different job portals with which we work and evaluate the candidates that apply to them
• Identify and analyze professional profiles in job portals for the different searches we have open

Essential Qualifications:

* Proactivity and ability to work in a team

• Marked attention to detail in daily work
• 1+ previous work experience (is a plus)
• Advanced English level

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in data entry, recruitment, or a related field

• Familiarity with job portals and recruitment software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
