As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes, working closely with our Retail and Institutional Service Teams to provide exceptional customer service.

Job Summary

As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for performing a range of data entry and reconciliation activities, including:

• Refining exchange deal transactions in client accounts
• Identifying and addressing discrepancies between TD Ameritrade and fund business or transfer representatives
• Processing Corporate Activity Activities, settling/reconciling transactions activity, and processing/reconciling dividend activity
• Conducting research on complex/escalated concerns
• Testing/validation of new technology augmentations and vendor adjustments

Key Responsibilities

* Perform everyday reconciliation/trade/transfer activities for Alternative Investments

• Refine exchange deal transactions in client accounts and identify/address discrepancies between TD Ameritrade and fund business or transfer representatives
• Process Corporate Activity Activities, settle/reconcile transactions activity, and process/reconcile dividend activity
• Conduct research on complex/escalated concerns and perform testing/validation of new technology augmentations and vendor adjustments
• Complete projects in Investing, Dividends, Transfers, Reconciliation, and Corporate Actions that directly impact the Client/Advisor account
• Interact with Retail and Institutional Service Teams using email, phone, Slack, Outlook, and Salesforce
• Work closely with TD Ameritrade Clearing in our daily relationships with fund companies, transfer brokers, converse organizations, and other outside business partners

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in data entry and reconciliation

• Strong understanding of data entry processes and procedures
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce
• Experience with TD Ameritrade and/or Alternative Investments a plus

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

• Experience with data analysis and reporting
• Knowledge of tax programming and corrections
• Experience with internal/external system improvements or issues
• Certification in data entry or related field a plus
