The Role
As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist/ Virtual Recruiter, you'll play a critical role in driving our business forward. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Recruit remote contractors who are seeking various types of notary services for their notary signing agent business
* Spend 80% of your time on the phones making calls outbound, follow-up inquiry calls, or simple call-backs
* Post 250 new job ads per week online to FREE classified ad sites
* Send email correspondence to potential recruits
* Make a minimum of 75 plus outbound calls per day to candidates
* Complete and pass a felony verification check
* Work independently with minimum supervision
Key Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* 1 year or more of experience with inbound customer service, survey calls, outbound B2B calling, telemarketing, recruiting, or sales
* Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
* Strong organizational skills and a motivated attitude to get the job done
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to make a minimum of 75 plus outbound calls per day to candidates and send email correspondence
* Ability to post 250 new job ads per week online to FREE classified ad sites
* Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
