Key Responsibilities

  • Utilizing pivot tables and other data analysis tools to extract and present data in a meaningful way
  • Transcribing audio files, documents, or other written materials into digital format
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring that data is accurate and consistent
  • Performing administrative tasks, such as filing, scanning, and printing documents
  • Developing and maintaining a thorough understanding of our systems and data entry processes
  • Identifying and addressing data discrepancies, ensuring the integrity of our records
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure efficient and accurate data entry
  • Meeting and exceeding productivity and quality standards

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in computer systems and data entry software
  • Excellent administrative skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with data collection, data analysis, and data entry

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate's degree in a related field is preferred
  • Experience in a similar role or industry is advantageous
