Key Responsibilities

As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for:

  • Communicating with customers directly in-person, via phone, and email to ensure their needs are met and exceeded
  • Empathizing with and prioritizing customer needs to provide personalized support
  • Upholding company values and respecting every customer interaction
  • Resolving issues and setting appropriate expectations with customers in a timely and effective manner
  • Clearly understanding and responding appropriately to customer inquiries and concerns
  • Consistently composing grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written responses to customer issues
  • Approaching problems logically and with good judgment to ensure the best possible customer outcome
  • Making quick and effective decisions on behalf of the customer
  • Working a flexible Full-Time (40+ hours per week) schedule

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • High School or equivalent diploma
  • Previous experience in Customer Service, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to effectively prioritize work time to ensure efficiency
  • Experience with Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Outlook
  • Familiarity with multiple web browsers, database searching, and instant messenger tools
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work-related experience

  • Proficiency in understanding performance metrics and developing them to measure progress against key performance indicators
  • Experience working on a merchandising/brand ambassador team for a nationally recognized consumer brand
  • Experience in process improvement, customer experience, data analysis, and customer retention

Work Environment and Culture

As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, you'll be based at one of our last-mile delivery warehouses, where Amazon's leading logistics system operates. You'll be in contact with our warehouse, associates, delivery partners, and customers when they need guidance. Compensation and Benefits

careerzynith offers a competitive compensation package, with a salary range of $34,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $62,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors, including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
