Responsibilities

As an Experienced Document Specialist / Closing Specialist - Data Entry & Administrator at careerzynith, you will be responsible for:

  • Researching accounts utilizing several programs to ensure database accuracy
  • Processing documents in preparation for homeowners selling their home, including:

+ Registering new homeowners in the system + Compiling records for processing + Scanning and assigning documents

  • Data-entry both within industry-specific software and Excel, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Processing invoices and payments in a timely and efficient manner
  • Providing exceptional customer service to homeowners and vendors over the phone, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Troubleshooting and solving problems independently, with a focus on finding creative solutions to complex challenges
  • Maintaining a fast-paced work environment while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • A high degree of attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Ability to handle large volumes of data entry with accuracy and efficiency
  • Accurate alpha-numeric data entry skills and analytical skills
  • Proficient computer skills, including Excel and Word
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service to homeowners and vendors over the phone
  • Clear and concise written communication skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently
  • Ability to work at a fast pace while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail

Nice-to-haves

While not required, previous experience with real estate titles, mortgage, or real estate closings processes would be an asset in this role.
