Key Responsibilities

As an EAP Worklife Customer Support Associate, you'll be responsible for:

  • Greeting and welcoming EAP Worklife customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Responding to customer inquiries and concerns promptly and accurately
  • Maintaining a thorough understanding of careerzynith's products and services, including the EAP Worklife program
  • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Identifying and resolving customer issues in a timely manner
  • Communicating effectively with EAP Worklife customers through various channels, such as phone, email, and chat
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure efficient and effective customer service
  • Staying updated on industry trends and changes in policies and procedures related to EAP Worklife services
  • Documenting and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and inquiries
  • Promoting the well-being of careerzynith's employees by providing support and resources through the EAP Worklife program
  • Adhering to company standards and guidelines for customer service and confidentiality
  • Continuously seeking opportunities for improvement in customer service processes and procedures
  • Participating in training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills
  • Following all company policies and procedures related to customer service and ethical business conduct
  • Maintaining a positive and professional attitude while representing careerzynith to customers

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
