Key Responsibilities

As an Email Chat Support Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing customer queries and issues efficiently through email and live chat support

  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Familiarity with social media platforms and comfort using them to interact with customers
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
  • Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
  • Strong ability to follow detailed instructions
  • Availability to work at least 5 hours per week
  • Reliable internet connection
  • Access to a device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (Phone, Tablet, Laptop)

Skills and Background Needed

* 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment

  • Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
