Job Summary

As an Entry Level Customer Service Manager at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in helping our clients achieve their sales goals while cultivating long-term relationships with their customers. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and exceeding sales targets. Key Responsibilities

* Understand clients' products and services to effectively explain benefits and answer customer questions, ensuring they receive the right solutions for their needs

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, processed orders, and service schedules
  • Demonstrate a proactive and "can-do" mindset, tackling challenges head-on and providing solutions to complex problems
  • Foster a positive and professional attitude, exemplifying trustworthiness and hospitality towards customers and colleagues
  • Train and develop skills to manage a team of Customer Service Representatives, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and improvement

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality, business, or a related field preferred

  • At least one year of experience in a customer service-based role or hospitality industry (retail, restaurant, etc.)
  • Ability to recognize, apply, and explain product or service knowledge
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and training to master the craft of hospitality and customer service
  • Effective problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  • Outgoing personality with a passion for helping others
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in a customer-facing environment

  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer relationship development strategies
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding customer satisfaction expectations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively
