Key Responsibilities

As an Entry-Level Data Entry and Copy Editing Assistant at careerzynith, you will be responsible for:

  • Accurate Data Entry: Enter data accurately into spreadsheets, databases, and content management systems, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and consistent.
  • Copy Editing: Check and modify written content for basic grammar, spelling, and formatting mistakes, maintaining the highest standards of quality and attention to detail.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Basic Knowledge of Grammar, Punctuation, and Spelling: A solid understanding of grammar, punctuation, and spelling rules, with the ability to apply them accurately in a variety of contexts.
  • Microsoft Office or Google Workspace Experience: Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.), with the ability to navigate and utilize these tools effectively.
  • Excellent Typing Speed and Accuracy: A high level of typing speed and accuracy, with the ability to maintain a consistent pace and attention to detail.
