Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Entry-Level Data Entry Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition Team. As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our recruiting efforts, identifying potential candidates, and analyzing professional profiles in job portals. This is an excellent opportunity for those professionals looking to develop their skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Specialist at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:
- Supporting the Recruiting area in the identification and initial contact of potential candidates for our searches
- Proposing new alternatives to identify candidates and improving current processes
- Managing notices in different job portals and evaluating candidates who apply to them
- Identifying and analyzing professional profiles in job portals for various searches we have open
- Collaborating with multicultural teams to ensure seamless communication and project execution
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Proactivity and ability to work in a team
- Marked attention to detail in daily work
- 1+ previous work experience (although not required, it's a plus)
- Advanced English level
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial:
- Experience in data entry, recruitment, or a related field
- Familiarity with job portals and recruitment software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
