The Role

As an entry-level remote live chat support representative at careerzynith, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through live chat channels. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, and your primary goal will be to resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. You will work closely with our team to ensure customer satisfaction and continuously improve your customer service skills through training and coaching.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Experience using live chat software is a plus, but not required
