The Role

As a Work From Home Customer Service Coordinator – Digital Operations, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Utilizing advanced technology to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products and services
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and targets

Requirements

* High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification

  • At least 2 years of customer service or call center experience
  • At least 1 year of Google Suite or Microsoft Office experience
  • Ability to work from home with a secure and reliable internet connection
  • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and composure in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

* At least 3 years of customer service or call center experience

  • At least 6 months of experience in the financial industry
  • Experience with advanced technology and software systems
  • Certification in customer service or a related field

Work From Home Technology Requirements

* Secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions

  • Reliable private internet connection that is not supplied via cellular data or hotspot
  • A private network that is password protected where you have ownership or line of sight to every device on the network
  • Internet service must be provided by Cable or Fiber Internet Service Providers (ISP)
  • Hotspots and satellite services are prohibited and do not meet performance criteria required for optimal agent/customer interactions
  • ISP download speeds on VPN must be at least 5Mbps, with 10+ Mbps preferred
