Responsibilities
As a Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Responding to customer service calls, emails, and chats in a timely and professional manner
- Resolving customer queries and concerns in a courteous and respectful manner
- Providing accurate and up-to-date information to customers regarding our products and services
- Identifying and escalating complex customer issues to senior team members or management
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and resolving issues
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
- Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge
Qualifications
* 1 year of recent customer service or call center experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software
- Bilingual skills, particularly Spanish, are an asset
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a remote call center environment
- Knowledge of the environmental services industry
- Certification in customer service or a related field
- Experience with customer relationship management software
