Job Overview

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to careerzynith customers via phone, chat, or email. You will assist customers with questions about products, orders, and account management, and resolve complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner. You will also be responsible for accurately documenting customer interactions in careerzynith's systems and staying informed about updates to products, policies, and tools.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support:

+ Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email. + Assist customers with questions about products, orders, and account management.

Problem Resolution:

+ Address complaints and provide efficient solutions, including refunds or replacements. + Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary.

Data Management:

+ Accurately document customer interactions in careerzynith's systems. + Stay informed about updates to products, policies, and tools.

Team Collaboration:

+ Work with team members and supervisors to resolve customer concerns. + Share feedback to help improve careerzynith's services and processes.

Requirements

Education:

Experience:

Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or airline industry.

Skills:
