Job Summary

As a Customer Service Specialist at careerzynith, you'll be the face of our company, providing exceptional end-to-end service to our customers who use and/or generate renewable energy at home. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer queries, provide technical support, and promote our digital services. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, you'll be passionate about delivering quality service and exceeding targets.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and other communication channels

• Resolve customer queries and issues in a timely and professional manner
• Work closely with our team to provide technical support and resolve complex problems
• Promote our digital services, such as Smart meters, to customers
• Develop a strong understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers
• Collaborate with our team to achieve customer satisfaction targets and improve overall customer experience
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve customer service

What You'll Need to Succeed

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

Compensation and Benefits

* Starting salary £25,500 (includes financial allowances), with the opportunity to earn as you learn and build up to £28,500 as you progress within the team
