The Role

As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be the face of careerzynith, providing top-notch support to our customers via email, social media, and phone. You'll be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing solutions that meet their needs. Your excellent communication skills, patience, and empathy will make all the difference in delivering a world-class support experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via email, social media, and phone, providing timely and accurate solutions

• Showcase careerzynith's products and services, highlighting their benefits and features
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns, ensuring a positive experience
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of careerzynith's products and services
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity

Qualifications

* Proficient or bilingual in Czech and English (oral and written)

• 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
• Proficient computer literacy and ability to navigate social media platforms
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in community management and social media engagement

• Familiarity with careerzynith's products and services
• Strong knowledge of the Czech market and culture
