The Role

As a Remote Chat Operator at careerzynith, you'll play a vital role in enhancing customer support and driving sales for our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to respond to live chat messages on our clients' websites or social media accounts, addressing customer inquiries, sharing sales links, and providing discounts. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who excel at written communication and prefer typing to talking.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to live chat messages on clients' websites or social media accounts

  • Address customer inquiries, providing accurate and timely responses
  • Share sales links and offer discounts to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Collaborate with our team to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores

* Competitive hourly rate: $35 per hour

Requirements

To excel in this role, you should have:

Essential Qualifications

  • 0-2 years of customer service experience (not required, but preferred)
