You will troubleshoot issues related to flight reservations, baggage, loyalty programs, and other travel-related matters. * Information & Guidance: Provide accurate and comprehensive information about flight schedules, booking policies, loyalty programs (careerzynith Miles), and other services. You will serve as a knowledgeable resource, helping customers with everything from changing their flight to understanding their benefits. * Detailed Documentation: Accurately and thoroughly document all customer interactions and case details in our customer relationship management (CRM) system. Maintaining detailed records is crucial for ensuring continuity and high quality of service. * Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with your fellow team members and supervisors to share insights, escalate complex issues when necessary, and contribute to a positive and supportive virtual team environment.
