Your Role

As a Remote Student Customer Care Specialist, you'll be the primary point of contact for careerzynith customers, providing top-notch support via chat, email, and other channels. Your tasks will include:

• Answering customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Providing information about careerzynith products and services, as well as membership options
• Processing incoming tickets and supporting customers throughout the entire customer life cycle
• Collecting customer feedback and contributing to the optimization of internal processes
• Maintaining and updating our knowledge base and documentation
• Collaborating with the team to ensure seamless customer support

Your Profile

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualities:

• Currently enrolled at a university (full-time)
• A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Familiarity with careerzynith or surveys in general (ideally, but not necessarily)
