Job Description:

As an Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends and patterns, and developing actionable insights to inform business decisions. Your expertise will help us stay ahead of the curve in a rapidly changing industry.
Responsibilities:
* Plan and execute cycles and arrangements related to various data sources to enable informed business decisions
- Gain understanding into key business issues and expectations by applying statistical analysis procedures to inspect organized and unstructured data from multiple sources
- Develop arrangements from initial concept to production, and communicate results to a wide range of audiences
- Utilize current and emerging technologies to assess trends and develop significant insights and recommendations to the management team
- Regularly utilize data, statistical and quantitative analysis, limited modeling, and fact-based management to drive navigation
- Guide less ranking staff, work in cross-functional projects, and regularly present to the management team
Essential Qualifications:
* Four-year degree in data systems, software engineering, or a quantitative discipline, such as science, engineering, operations research, finance, or economics
- Five (3) years of work experience in estimation and analysis, quantitative business reasoning, operations research, marketing analysis, simulation development, or predictive analysis
- Proficient in analysis software and applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience or coursework with SAFE Spry
- Experience with the following: requirements gathering; probability and statistics; TSQL/PLSQL; Python or R; mathematical analysis; clear data analysis
- Microsoft Power BI
- Microsoft Power Apps
- Alteryx
- Python/R
- Automation
- Financial Information
- Basic Accounting Information
- Proficient in analysis software and applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
