Key Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry and Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following key areas:

Data Entry and Management:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of our vendor library, status reports, and other internal documents. Ensure seamless data entry and management processes to support our business operations.

Vendor Relations:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with our vendors, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services. Process p-card charges and reconcile sales transactions to ensure accurate financial records.

Event Coordination:

Plan and execute events, including debuts, special events, and VIP experiences. Coordinate logistics, manage RSVPs, and ensure seamless execution of events.

Support to Executives and VIP Guests:

Provide exceptional support to our executives and VIP guests, including coordinating travel arrangements, accommodations, and other requests.

Event Facing Commitments:

Assist with directing capacity supports for asset opportunity for our VIP capacity like Kardashians, Selena Gomez, etc. Regulate experiences, for instance, dinners, Disney Parks excursions, games, and shows.

Essential Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in a related field of study or equivalent work experience.

Experience:

2+ years of work experience in event management, public relations, or a related field.

Skills:

+ Strong data entry and management skills + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks + Strong problem-solving and analytical skills + Ability to work independently and as part of a team
