Job Summary

As a Full Stack Data Entry Clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that patient information is accurately entered and maintained in our electronic systems, which is essential for facilitating efficient patient care and administrative processes. You will be responsible for accurately entering patient information, verifying and updating existing data, managing and prioritizing data entry tasks, and providing general administrative support as needed. Responsibilities

* Accurately enter patient information into the electronic health records system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

  • Verify and update existing data to ensure accuracy and completeness, and perform regular quality checks to identify and rectify data discrepancies.
  • Manage and prioritize data entry tasks to meet established deadlines, and assist in organizing and maintaining files and records for easy retrieval.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to clarify or obtain missing information, and provide general administrative support as needed, including filing and document management.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management, and contribute to the overall success of the team.

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent is required.

  • Strong typing skills with a minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
  • Proficient in using computers and basic software applications, such as Microsoft Office.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in data entry or a related field is an asset.

  • Familiarity with electronic health records systems and healthcare operations is an asset.
  • Certification in medical terminology or a related field is an asset.
