Job Summary

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data and trends to inform business decisions and drive growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas of opportunity and develop strategic plans to improve visitor experiences and drive investor value. Your expertise will be essential in supporting the development of new attractions, resorts, and experiences that will shape the future of careerzynith.

Key Responsibilities

* Analyze financial data and trends to identify areas of opportunity and inform business decisions

• Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business planning and decision-making
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of opportunity and develop strategic plans to improve visitor experiences and drive investor value
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support the development of new attractions, resorts, and experiences
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including business leaders, partners, and vendors
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial analysis and reporting

Daily Responsibilities

As a Senior Financial Analyst, your day will be filled with a variety of exciting and challenging tasks. You may:

• Meet and collaborate with partners across the business to analyze financial outcomes and develop strategies for improvement
• Support the development of business plans and forecasts to drive growth and improve visitor experiences
• Conduct in-depth analysis and research to identify areas of opportunity and develop strategic plans to improve business performance
• Develop and present financial analysis and insights to senior leaders and stakeholders
• Foster relationships with vendors and partners to drive business growth and improve visitor experiences

Essential Capabilities

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• At least 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of financial modeling and forecasting, including experience with data analysis and visualization tools
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex financial analysis into actionable insights
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy and precision
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively

Preferred Capabilities

If you have:

• Experience with Microsoft Excel, including VBA and SQL
• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
• Knowledge of Disney Parks, Experiences, and Products activities, specialty units, and product offerings
• A graduate degree in a quantitative field, an MBA, or a CPA
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools like Scene or Power BI

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
