Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist – Financial Planning Systems

This role will be a part of our partner association within the Financial Planning Systems space. This job will require a mixed background of finance and IT experience. You will be responsible for:

• Supporting the Hyperion planning application, including regular updates for forecast and actual financials
• Approving data from Hyperion Financial Management and from regulators
• Exploring and resolving issues with data, including divisional roll-ups and intercompany transactions
• Maintaining system upkeep, including client consents
• Supporting clients with system issues, existing reports, forms, and models
• Assisting with the preparation of detailed scenarios and analytical results examinations on various complex financial issues and competitive industry analyses
• Facilitating and completing monthly headcount process regarding Hyperion
• Updating Hyperion Planning with order changes; coordinating progressive system changes with Regulators and GL organization
• Collaborating with work groups to determine reporting business needs; proposing and presenting effective solutions
• Creating Essbase cubes, Planning Applications, Reports, as well as estimating and planning models for Financial divisions

All You'll Need for Success

To succeed in this role, you will require:

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Data Systems, or equivalent experience/training
• 2 years of work experience in a Finance role, including experience with financial summaries, as well as financial modeling and analysis
• A solid IT background, including experience with Oracle and complex and social database structures
• Familiarity with Hyperion, as well as development and implementation experience (including Intelligent Disclosure, Essbase, Planning)

• Ability to adapt and be flexible in the use of analytical methodologies relating to financial issues
• Ability to issue, modify, and analyze data
• Meticulous with a focus on precision and ability to prioritize tasks
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and so on
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent collaboration skills with demonstrated ability to work effectively in different situations
