Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, processing data entry tasks, and ensuring seamless operations. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Process data entry tasks, including but not limited to, customer information, orders, and returns
  • Ensure accurate and efficient data entry, maintaining high levels of quality and attention to detail
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of company policies, procedures, and products
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with CRM software and data entry systems
  • Knowledge of healthcare or retail industry
  • Experience with Microsoft Access or other database management systems
  • Certification in customer service or data entry
