Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, processing data entry tasks, and ensuring seamless operations. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Process data entry tasks, including but not limited to, customer information, orders, and returns
- Ensure accurate and efficient data entry, maintaining high levels of quality and attention to detail
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes
- Develop and maintain knowledge of company policies, procedures, and products
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
