Job Summary

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our financial accounting and bookkeeping functions. You will be responsible for providing counsel to more experienced administrators, performing complex exercises related to record accounts, creating fiscal summaries and administrative reports, and accumulating and surveying financial information for financial and administrative reports. You will also investigate projects connecting with financial accounting strategies, techniques, or frameworks, perform ongoing financial control capabilities as per internal control approaches, and provide practical counsel and prepare people for financial accounting-related matters.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide counsel to more experienced administrators for financial accounting-related matters

• Perform complex exercises related to keeping up with record accounts, creating fiscal summaries and administrative reports
• Accumulate and survey financial information for financial and administrative reports
• Survey information from the overall record, unit reports, and different financial frameworks to guarantee precision
• Prepare and audit account compromises and confirmations
• Investigate projects connecting with financial accounting strategies, techniques, or frameworks
• Perform ongoing financial control capabilities as per internal control approaches
• Provide practical counsel and prepare people for financial accounting-related matters
• Offer help for consistency and hazard the executive's prerequisites
• Team up and talk with partners all through the venture

Required Capabilities

* 2+ years of experience in finance, accounting, examination, financial revealing, bookkeeping detailing, or hazard revealing, or comparable exhibited through one or a blend of the accompanying: work insight, preparation, military experience, schooling

• Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and practices
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High-level Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access) abilities
• Ability to sort out and deal with various needs

Preferred Capabilities

* 2+ years SEC/Administrative quarterly announcing; Fiserv information/understanding

• COSO-based Sarbanes-Oxley internal control appraisal execution
• Military knowledge or examination experience including functional administration, project management, mission development management, and financial management
• 1+ year charge card industry announcing; corporate/business advance items information
• Active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) assignment
• Large 4/provincial public accounting/financial services
• Transitional Essbase/SmartView, high-level Microsoft Excel with VLOOKUP/turn tables
• Strong knowledge/experience of General Ledger compromises and automation tools
• Free judgment/imaginative critical thinking to investigate/recognize/see downstream effects in complex matrixed climate
• Information/comprehension of US GAAP fiscal reports or parts readiness with the capacity to interpret/sum up complex information into justifiable, noteworthy data and suggestions
• Shown comprehension of accounting/detailing/internal control issues
• Capacity to decipher and sum up complex information into reasonable, significant data and suggestions
