Job Summary

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team in New York, NY. As a key member of our logistics operations team, you'll be responsible for ensuring accurate data entry and record maintenance, collaborating with supervisors and internal departments, and resolving entry discrepancies. Key Responsibilities

- Accurate Data Entry: Enter shipment, billing, and logistics data accurately into internal systems, ensuring seamless integration with our logistics operations. - Digital Record Maintenance: Maintain digital records of transactions and verify data integrity to ensure the highest level of accuracy and reliability. - Remote Collaboration: Collaborate remotely with supervisors and internal departments to ensure seamless communication and effective problem-solving. - Discrepancy Resolution: Monitor incoming data and resolve entry discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner. - Database Updates: Assist with database updates, file organization, and archiving to maintain a clean and organized digital environment.

Qualifications

- Education: High school diploma or GED required; previous data entry or administrative experience preferred. - Technical Skills: Strong keyboarding and typing accuracy; excellent time management and attention to detail. - Reliability: Must have a reliable internet connection and workspace at home. - Location: Reside in or near New York, NY.
