Job Summary

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and implementing high-performing, versatile, and significant data-centric solutions across the business. You will work closely with our team to drive the coordination and democratization of new technologies that acquire agility and productivity data analysis methods. You will also enhance models for deployment on cloud platforms and embedded systems, plan and develop AI models using the latest advancements, and work on NLP and AI engineering design, testing, and improvement.

Key Responsibilities

* Drives the coordination and democratization of new technologies that acquire agility and productivity data analysis methods

• Enhances models for deployment on cloud platforms and embedded systems
• Plan and develop AI models using the latest advancements
• Work on NLP and AI engineering design, testing, and improvement
• Maintain model variants and metadata
• Develop production-level code for AI infrastructure (data pipelines, testing frameworks, model management, MLOPS)
• Upgrade models for execution and versatility (for better latency and throughput)
• Monitor model performance, maintenance, and investigation
• Design and validation of ideas for testing the latest AI and NLP, voice handling advancements. Perform A/B testing of candidate models
• Work with developers and data scientists to integrate ML models into production systems on the cloud and in embedded systems
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and related fields
• Upholds all initiatives in the Center of Excellence and contributes to high-impact issues
• Executes effective training methodologies and incorporates models into production systems

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree and at least two years of experience in speech recognition, or High School diploma/GED and no less than five years of experience in speech recognition

• 2+ years of industry experience in AI and NLP
• Mastery in programming languages such as SQL, Python, deep learning, PyTorch, TensorFlow. Excellent programming development experience
• Automated deployment of trained AI models on cloud platforms
• Experience in speech recognition, NLP, voice-to-text recognition, speaker ID, speech sentiment analysis, and translation
• At least 1 year of direct leadership, indirect leadership, or potentially cross-functional team leadership
• Able to travel up to/no less than 10% of the ideal time for business purposes (within state and out of state)

Preferred Qualifications

* Four-year degree, Graduate degree, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Linguistics, or Cognitive Science

• Experience in research, representation, and understanding of model results
• Experience with subtlety speech recognition software, speech fusion software, and voice biometrics software
• Working with cloud platforms like Azure and Google Cloud/Google Cloud Platform. MLOps-related experience for production workflow
• Familiar or near-conversant in Spanish
• Experience with retail or potentially the healthcare industry
