The Role
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in helping us transform our Voice of the Customer (VOC) analytics and insights. You'll work closely with our product and process owners, as well as our Agile team in technology, to design and develop innovative solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with our utility teams to outline, build, and capture business needs
- Growing knowledge of VOC methods and leveraging them to outline and transform data within our Cornerstone large data platform
- Designing and building robust data model architecture to aid in fulfilling statistics processing and standardized metric definitions
- Providing analytical answers leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions ensuring data quality and accuracy through intensive testing at variable and use case levels
- Offering pointers to beautify competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems
- Powering customer tale evaluation & elaboration, design and development of software programs, checking out & builds automation tools
- Proactively identifying and automating guide obligations to improve best and efficiency
- Operating closely with companions from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC cease to quit technique
Essential Qualifications
