Job Overview
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data management processes. If you're a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for data-driven work, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Specialist at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:
- Searching for additional information for documents that are deemed incomplete
- Checking completed work for errors or duplicate information before submitting the final product
- Confirming, corroborating, and removing unnecessary data, or combining data from several sources
- Exploring the internet for information
- Preserving detailed records of tasks, files, and progress
- Investigating reports and sheets of data
- Entering information into spreadsheets, databases, and customer relationship management systems
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Typing 35+ words per minute experience required
- Excellent written, verbal, and social communication skills
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Competent computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems
Work Schedule
This is a flexible part-time position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. You'll have the freedom to manage your schedule and work at times that suit you best.
