Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Full Stack Live Chat Assistant to join our team. As a Full Stack Live Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, moderating online forum discussions, and ensuring a positive user experience. You will work closely with our team of experienced moderators to maintain a positive and productive community of online forum users.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and Moderate Online Forum Discussions

+ Review all new posts and comments to maintain a positive and productive community + Take appropriate action when necessary, such as removing inappropriate content + Warn users who violate the guidelines + Ban users who repeatedly violate the guidelines

Respond to Customer Inquiries in a Timely and Professional Manner

+ Provide accurate and helpful information to ensure a positive user experience + Communicate clearly and effectively in writing + Handle multiple inquiries simultaneously

Provide Excellent Customer Service and Ensure a Positive User Experience

+ Be friendly, helpful, and patient, even when dealing with difficult or frustrated users + De-escalate tense situations and find mutually beneficial solutions + Ensure that all users have a positive experience on the platform

Escalate Complex Issues to Senior Moderators or Management as Needed

+ Users repeatedly violating the guidelines + Uncertainty in handling a particular inquiry + Collaborating with the team to find the best solutions for complex issues

Maintain a Professional Demeanor and Positive Attitude at All Times

+ Remain calm and focused when dealing with difficult or frustrated users + Handle criticism and feedback gracefully + Adapt to changing situations and priorities

Collaborate with Team Members to Identify Areas for Improvement and Suggest Solutions

+ Analyze data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement + Communicate ideas and recommendations clearly and persuasively to the team and management

Excellent Written Communication Skills in English

Ability to Multitask and Prioritize Tasks Effectively

Availability to Work Flexible Hours, Including Weekends and Holidays
